The café will have a variety of burgers, including a French burger with brie cheese and grilled Vidalia onions and the queso burger ... or name your own. The café offers different sizes, up to a 1.5 pounder. It will have a U.S. western saloon theme, with fireplace, great old pictures and continuous video concerts from the 1950s to the present. The owner is a chef from the States and will offer sweet potato fries, and Yuca fries and, of course, regular fries in addition to burgers. Want to spend the day in the Cajas? How about a trip to Ingapirca or just to run errands around town? Marco Gordillo is at your service. After spending 14 years in New York and New Jersey he's returned to Cuenca to be near family. He loves expats and can give you a hand doing basic things like getting you around town and even helping you hook up your cable or internet.
